MacKenzie-Childs takes Houston!

Hey Ya'll!

Can you believe we are nearing Summer as May is almost over?! Honestly, where is the time going this year?! I'm sharing an exciting collaboration with you guys today with MacKenzie-Childs! If you don't recognize the brand name, I know you will recognize the pattern - their ‘Courtly Check’ tea kettle being one of their most popular and recognized items but if that still doesn't ring a bell, keep reading and you'll see it below.

I've been a fan for MacKenzie-Childs for a few years now and I was so excited when I was presented the opportunity to work with them! The whole virtual event was such a fun and interactive learning experience - I learned so much about the brand and met some of their team members - all of which whom had such inspiring backgrounds and personalities. The class taught us how to make a beautiful flower arrangement using MacKenzie-Childs gardening tools & flower vase and we even got to meet an artisan and design our own pie plate with her and the best part is they’re going to have them re-created and sent to us!! Honestly how cool is that?!

Having being a first time homeowner, I'm still very much in the phase of decorating and furnishing my home. I have been adding a few touches of the beautiful Courtly Check patterns all around my home and it's just coming together so beautifully. I love that most of these pieces are versatile- for example this flower arrangement I created for the kitchen - it’s not actually a vase but an ice bucket! I’ve gotten sooo many compliments on it - people are shocked to learn it’s actually an ice bucket!

One thing I love about this brand is that it adds so much fun to your home without being too much. I'm more of a neutral kind of person but even I couldn't resist the patterns. The craftsmanship of every product is just spotless - so beautifully created and quality speaks for itself. I've been using different type of products through out my home - kitchen with all the beautiful bake & cook wear, décor pieces that include candles, pillows, & vases, and beautiful cutlery for wining & dining!

These pillows are even more stunning in person. The detailing and thread work - it’s just so beautifully crafted. Here I’ve used it at the bottom of my console table to add a little pattern & flair. I love how it looks!

What do you guys think?! I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments! I’m also going to link everything so you can easily go through the items. Thanks for reading y’all have a blessed day!
